MCN Youth exists to help middle and high school students in grades 6-12 to build real friendships, grow deeper in their faith, and discover what it means to follow Jesus every day. Whether your student has grown up in church or is coming for the very first time, there's a place for them here! We believe that being able to disciple young people to follow Jesus in their context is one of the most important things the church can be doing. We hope to create a community where our youth can gather around the shared mission of Jesus to grow in their faith, serve their community and one another, and enjoy fun and fellowship together.

What to Expect
We know it can be intimidating to be the new guy. Here's what your student can expect on a given Wednesday Service:
Connect Meal
Many students arrive between 5:45 and 6:15 PM to grab dinner before the service and enjoy fellowship with other members of the church family! It’s a great opportunity for students to connect with the church body as a whole. Check out our Facebook page for the weekly menu!
Game
We begin each service with a game to get everyone warmed up and ready for worship! Games vary from week to week and can include whole-group or team activities, with a few favorites making regular appearances.
Worship and Prayer
Worship and prayer are a vital part of how we prepare our hearts for the message and practice faith together throughout the service. We sing two or three acoustic songs as a group, using this time to surrender anything we’ve brought into the service that might distract us from what God wants to do. We also pray together throughout the service, creating space to seek God and respond to Him as a community.
Message and Small Groups
Pastor Dylan and the sponsorship team lead students through a 15–20 minute, Scripture-rooted message focused on topics that are relevant to what students may be experiencing in their own lives. Afterwards, students break into small groups by age and gender to dive deeper into the message, discuss what they’ve learned, and explore how they can apply it to their lives.
